Welcome to Regents Park State School. As a new or prospective member of this thriving school community you are actively encouraged to take up the many and varied opportunities you will have to participate in your child’s educational journey.
Regents Park State School was established in 1994 and is highly regarded in the local area and beyond as a great state school. It is a co-educational school situated in the western corridor of Logan City on Emerald Drive, Regents Park. In 2009 the total school enrolment was 756 students in year levels from Prep to Year 7 and we expect to continue this in 2010. The student population comes from a diverse range of socio economic and cultural backgrounds. These include students from the Hmong culture and Indigenous students, with an increasing number of students from Pacific Islander and related cultures. A number of students present with a non-English speaking background. Our school also caters for students with Intellectual Impairment (II) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through a Special Education Program that integrates students into their age appropriate mainstream classes.
